Mamuka Danelia has the responsibility over Valuation and Advisory departments of the Company, managing the departments he is responsible for ensuring the quality of their work.

His practices include real property valuations, movable property valuations, intangible asset valuations, business and going company valuations, preparation of investments projects, estimation of investment efficiency, etc.

Mamuka began his practice in 1999 with Georgia’s largest international audit and accounting firm as an appraiser, gradually becoming the manager of the Appraisal and business analysis department and the valuation partner. For 13 years, he chaired the Committee on Valuation Standards and Methodology of the Georgian Federation of Professional Asset Valuators. He has experience in valuation under International Valuation Standards, and the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.
