They will provide the full range of corporate finance services from M&amp;A advisory and transaction services to debt and equity funding and valuation services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The GCF group offers the dedication and flexibility of a boutique, combined with the knowledge and power of an integrated worldwide network \u2013 a pairing that gives GCF its unique selling position.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Philippe Craninx,  leader of the group and Managing Partner of Moore Corporate Finance (Belgium), said: \u201cThis is the next generation of integrated M&amp;A assistance, translating capabilities that until now were only accessible for large multinationals using majors, into a dedicated service offering to the Mid-market.
